Approvals and counters
On this page
Open Creative, then Approvals, to see every offer you have sent, grouped by stage.
| Stage | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Awaiting creator | Withdraw the offer, or reply to the creator's question. |
| Countered | The creator proposed a different rate. Re-counter or accept. |
| Declined | See the reason the creator gave. |
| Ready to launch | The creator accepted. |
| Closed | Finished offers. |
Handle a counter
- Find the offer under Countered. It is marked Needs you.
- To agree, choose Accept counter.
- To propose something else, choose Re-counter, change the rate and dates, and choose Send re-counter.
Reply to a question
When a creator asks a question, choose Reply, write your answer, and choose Send reply.
