Set your rate card

Your rate card is your price list. You set the rate for each placement, and you decide the minimum a brand can book. Publsh never sets your rate for you.

Open your rate card

Go to Inventory. The first time, the page asks you to Set your opening rates.

Price your placements

1. In the placements table, switch on each placement you want to sell.
2. Enter Your rate for each one.
3. Check the amount shown next to each rate. That is what you receive after the platform fee: 8% for founding creators, 12.5% for everyone else.

Set your minimums

• Minimum booking: the shortest booking you accept, in minutes. The platform floor is 30 minutes.
• Minimum notice: how many hours ahead a booking has to be made.

Offer packs

Under Units & packs, set a Pack size and a Pack discount. Publsh works out the Pack price for you.

Set premiums for big nights

• Daypart premium: a percentage you set for Friday and Saturday nights, 8 PM to 2 AM.
• Event premium: a percentage you set for special events.

Save your changes

Choose Publish changes to save your rate card, or Discard to throw your edits away.
